strength & conditioning
I have been an athlete for as long as I can remember, participating in various sports such as basketball, baseball, and football, the latter of which I played for 13 years. I began strength and agility training as a freshman in high school. Through my experiences as an athlete, I developed a passion for helping others achieve their best selves, both mentally and physically.
This passion led me to pursue a degree in Exercise Science at Illinois State University, which I completed in May 2024. Throughout my studies, I honed my leadership, accountability, communication, and organizational skills, which were further developed during my internship at K’s Training Academy. There, I learned the fundamentals of implementing strength and agility training for athletes ranging from 8 to 18 years old. This led me to officially being a strength coach here at K’s Training Academy. Currently, I am a volunteer football coach for a little league team called the Bloomington Knockers. My work with young athletes has been incredibly rewarding, as I strive to help them succeed in all aspects of their lives.
