CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
I attest that I, on behalf of myself and/or my player have read and understands that as a participant of K's Training Academy the following:
General Cancellation and Refund Policy: No refunds will be given after payment has been received for any and all services. This includes but is not limited to: cage rentals, training and lessons, memberships, camps or other other activities hosted by K's Training Academy. Cage rentals and lessons may be credited and rescheduled for another time upon cancellation.
Individual Appointment Cancellation Policy: (Including but not limited to: training and lessons, batting practice and cage rentals, consultations and certifications)
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 24 HOURS before scheduled appointment time or you will be charged for scheduled appointment.
Team and Group Appointment Cancellation Policy: (Including but not limited to: facility rentals & team training)
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 48 HOURS before scheduled appointment time or you will be charged for scheduled appointment.
Team and Group Reservation Policy: (Including but not limited to: facility rentals & team training)
FULL PAYMENT must be received 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment time in order to secure reservation.
Expiration Policy: (Including but not limited to: training and lessons, batting practice and cage rentals, consultations and certifications)
All services purchased in advance will expire 1 year from the purchase date.
Cage Rentals, Lessons, Camps, Clinics & Programs Policy: All Schedules, Dates, Times, & Locations Subject To Change
Returned Check Policy: $25.00 fee for all returned checks for any reason.
Late Payment Policy: $25.00 fee for any payment not received on or before the due date.
Past Due Balance Policy: $25.00 fee* every month from the initial date past due.
*This fee will reoccur every month until the balance and fees are paid in full.
Conduct Policy: If any parent or player uses inappropriate language or displays inappropriate behavior, as determined by K's Training Academy, said parent or player may be dismissed from the lesson, camp, clinic or program permanently or temporarily. NO REFUNDS will be given for any parent or participant dismissals.
Discount Code Policies: *Discount Codes are limited to one discount code per player.
**Discount Codes cannot be combined with any other discount code.
