A team that has a membership shall not pool their time to hold an unofficial team practice, whether they're all together or in small groups. While we do encourage/allow a team's coach to work with their players, no coach shall be present and working.

FAQs about Membership Usage

  • Only guaranteed 30 min/week, but if the cage is open it can be used for longer.
  • You can book for the next week at the same time slot immediately after usage.
  • You cannot book more than 1 week out.
  • You can bring friends that are members and share cage space.
  • You cannot have more than 4 players in a full cage or 2 in a half cage at one time.
  • You cannot “pool” weekly time slots to reserve a cage for extended periods of time.
  • You can bring a non-member friend, but they must pay 50% of the normal rental fee.
  • 1 consecutive hour is the max time in a full cage. For example, it is allowed that 4 friends (all members) use a cage. However, they cannot use each of their 30-minute slots to reserve the cage for 2 consecutive hours.

  • You cannot bring your own instructor unless they are your team coach or an immediate relative.
  • All instruction must be provided by K’s Academy approved instructors.
  • All private instructors will be subject to a rental fee regardless of a player’s membership status.
  • All patrons will begin to pick up 5 minutes prior to the end of their time slot to ensure the next patron begins their session on time.
  • A coach’s level is determined by how much experience in playing/coaching they have as well as hours of lessons administered.
