Rachel Barrington
Level one -Pitching, hitting & Strength

Rachel Barrington graduated from Dunlap High School in 2018. While at Dunlap she participated in many clubs such as St. Jude club and was a member of the National Honor Society. She started on the varsity softball team all 4 years of high school and lead the team in strike outs for the last 3 years. She was named 3 rd team all-state her junior year. She was also named second team all-conference her sophomore and junior years and first team all-conference her senior year. She was the top batter for Dunlap her last two years and worked closely with hitting coach Chris Malveaux.

Rachel played college softball at Carl Sandburg College. Her team won the Arrowhead conference her freshman year. Her sophomore season was starting very well prior to shutting down due to COVID-19. At Sandburg she graduated with high honors. Rachel graduated from ISU with a 4.0 GPA in May 2022. She studied Exercise Science with a heavy interest in improving athletic performance.
